Stahl Speaks at National Meeting

CHICAGO, IL (April 2008) - Overland Park ophthalmologist Jason Stahl, MD, presented a paper on presbyopia-correcting intraocular lenses at the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons in Chicago this month. His topic was a comparison of Bilateral ReSTOR, ReSTOR/ReZoom, and Crystalens/ReSTOR combinations in refractive lens exchange. He reported that all of the combinations appear to be safe and effective for refractive lens exchange procedures, with all groups studied functioning well at near and distance without correction, and all reported satisfaction with the results. The Crystalens/ReSTOR combination appears to provide the greatest range of vision with the best quality of vision.
