Stahl Vision Center Merges
with Durrie Vision

OVERLAND PARK, KS - Jason Stahl, M.D., an area ophthalmologist specializing in refractive surgery and cataract & lens implant surgery, has merged his practice with that of Dan Durrie, M.D, one of the area's leading refractive surgeons. The combined practice will continue under the name Durrie Vision, with offices in Overland Park and Olathe.

The merger benefits patients at both practices, providing expanded services and technology. For example, Durrie Vision's Overland Park office features new wavefront diagnostic technology that allows the doctors to detect - and then correct - vision imperfections undetectable with previous technology. Dr. Stahl performs cataract & lens implant surgery, which wasn't previously available at Durrie Vision.

"I'm glad to have Jason as part of the team," said Dr. Durrie. "We've worked well together in the past and we're both looking foward to building the practice." Dr. Stahl previously completed a fellowship under Dr. Durrie, and they've worked together on several research projects. They've built a relationship outside of work, too, as Dr. Stahl is married to Dr. Durrie's daughter, Erin.
