OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (January, 2007) – In a process designed to identify medical professionals who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement, Daniel S. Durrie, MD, has been named a Super Doctor.  To be selected, a physician must be selected by a Blue Ribbon Panel, who in turn are selected by votes from some 3200 Kansas City area physicians in 29 specialties.  The votes are based on the question, "To Whom would you refer a loved one or one of your patients for medical diagnosis and/or treatment."  Kansas City Super Doctors appear in a special advertising section in the January edition of KC Magazine.
