DV Surgeons Named in PS250
A new trade publication, Premier Surgeon, has identified 250 ophthalmic surgeons as leaders and innovators in the field of premium IOL implants in refractive lens exchange. We are proud to announce that three of the doctors are from Durrie Vision! Dr. Durrie for his refractive surgery research and development, Dr.Jason Stahl for his expertise with lens exchange and Dr. Erin Durrie Stahl for her work in pediatric ophthalmology. Premium IOLs replace the natural crystalline lens in the eye, much like cataract surgery, however these lenses allow the patient to see at variable distances. These are perfect for the active Baby Boomer who is experiencing presbyopia and the beginning stages of cataract. New developments in lens implant surgery making it easier on the patient and more precise for the surgeon are in research right now.
